Try your hand(s) at Poi spinning, juggling and more with one off workshops or fun-filled Team days. Learn the basics or improve your skills at our regular classes, and release your inner flow as you gain skills, confidence and enjoyment.
Poi spinning Classes
For complete beginners to Flow Arts
Start your personal flow arts journey with our weekly classes, a warm, welcoming and accessible space for you to learn how to spin a poi, move your body, and create your own flow.
From time to time other circus props will be used for fun and warm ups, but this will mainly focus on the art of contemporary poi spinning.
Practice sock poi are available to use and to buy, should you want your own pair to practice with at home (highly recommended for the learning process).
Where: Cherry Tree Centre, Fairfield Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 8QB
When: Fridays 6.30 - 7.30pm (except major holidays, contact for more info and to check class runnings)
£9 drop in, or book 6 week course for £45

Bring some enjoyment to your family event, or your work team building day with circus workshops to suit all ages.
Juggling games, plate spinning challenges, and learning the basics of poi spinning & more will ensure your event or workshop will bring the fun whilst engaging mind and body in healthy challenges learning skills, teamwork, and making memories that can last a lifetime.

Our workshop leaders will create a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and empowered to explore their creativity and create moments of joy together. All instructors are vetted by DBS checks and are fully insured.
